Privacy during our time there, and the amount of effort made to acheive the comfortable stay. Example, kitchen fully contained. We had a lovely christmas at Ullet Suites
The confirmation emailed was incorrect but forgiven due to the prompt phone service.

Rooms were nicely presented, well kept and clean. Bus stops were a few meters away should you want to catch a bus to town.

Ullet Suites is a converted Victorian House, comfortable, clean and situated about 30 minutes by bus from the city centre although if there are 2 or more of you it is cheaper and quicker to get a taxi into town. It was good value for money.
The upstairs water pipes were noisy in the early hours and people could be heard walking about in the upstairs room

we were worried when we arrived as the area and building looked a little dodgy to say the least but once inside the room we could not fault it... Accomodation was very clean and had everything we needed. Could not complain as we had a trouble free stay, The fire alarm went off around 1am as i think a guest was smoking in the room or something but wasnt a big issue really for us. We went for the nightlife and it wasnt to far away from the centre and it was one of the few places that accomodates more than 2 people per room to keep cost down. Overall i would definately return.....
first impression of the building was worrying.....

Spacious double suite with a decent bathroom setup that included a shower and free toiletries.
Entering the building involves a pin code that's not easy to remember, especially in the dark. Noise from doors slamming and other guests played a part in disturbed sleep, and the TV was reported as dysfunctional during some stays.

It was ideally located next to where my friend was getting married. The rooms were lovely and spacious and clean and good value for money. Easy to find and had no problems finding somewhere to park. I stayed with a group of friends and we were all put on the top floor next to each other which was great.

Everything was fine, nice staff, amazing location right by the bus line as well as nearby attractions and Fusion Festival. I booked a room with a soft bed, a multi-channel television, a study table and a radio. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was appetising.
